Welcome to Little A by the Bay, a charming, peaceful A-frame perched above Birch Bay. This location offers breathtaking sunset views, creating the perfect backdrop for your stay. Just a short stroll takes you to the water’s edge, where you can enjoy the bay’s beauty up close. Conveniently located near cozy coffee spots, delicious restaurants, and unique boutique shops, it’s the perfect escape for couples or small groups seeking a relaxing getaway. The Space: • Small, well-stocked kitchen meets all your cooking needs • Electric fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance • Comfy sleeper sofa in living area (pulls out to full size bed) • Smart TV above fireplace • Bedroom with both a twin and a full bed • Shower/tub combo in bathroom • King size bed in upstairs loft area • Deck with outdoor table and gas grill for al fresco dining • Firepit for your enjoyment (not available during burn bans) ___________________________________ Important Note: The king size bed is only accessible via the staircase. Also, there are a couple small steps up to the front porch to access the front door. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay.
Other Details to Note
1) Parties and events are not allowed. 2) Out of respect for neighbors, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am 3) Pets are not allowed! 4) Parking area can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the paved roadway or curbside. 5) Power outages are possible and out of our control. Additionally, during the summer and fall months, burn bans may be in effect, which may limit the use of the firepit.
