Welcome to Little A by the Bay – a cozy, peaceful A-frame overlooking Birch Bay. Enjoy stunning sunsets from your perch above the water, or take a short 5-minute stroll to the shoreline for an up-close view. With coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique shopping nearby, it’s the perfect escape for couples or small groups looking to relax and recharge. The Space • Well-stocked kitchen for easy meals • Cozy living room with sofa + electric fireplace • Smart TV for streaming • Bedroom with twin + full bed • Bathroom with shower/tub combo • Loft with king bed and bay views • Deck with dining + gas grill • Outdoor firepit (seasonal use) ___________________________________ Important Note: The king size bed is only accessible via the staircase. Also, there are a couple small steps up to the front porch to access the front door. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay.

1) Parties and events are not allowed. 2) Out of respect for neighbors, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am 3) Pets are not allowed! 4) Parking area can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the paved roadway or curbside. 5) Power outages are possible and out of our control. Additionally, during the summer months, burn bans may be in effect, which may limit the use of the firepit.
