1) No Parties or Events – The cabin has a strict 6-person maximum occupancy policy. 2) No Pets – To maintain a clean and allergy-friendly space, we do not allow pets. 3) 4WD Required – The driveway is steep and unpaved, so a 4WD vehicle is necessary to reach the cabin safely. 4) Daylight Arrival Recommended – For easier access, we highly recommend arriving before dark to open the gate and navigate the driveway. 5) Wildlife Awareness – You’re welcome to explore the surrounding forest at your own risk. Local wildlife includes black bears, mountain lions, and bobcats, so bear spray is recommended, and we advise against wandering outside at night. 6) Security & Wildlife Cameras – There are a few exterior cameras to monitor wildlife and ensure security.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home. Ample privacy on the property which is surrounded by old growth forest. Wildlife such as black bears and mountain lions have been sighted in the area, so walking alone especially in the dark is not recommended. We own 14 acres which mostly comprises the steep driveway slope and some of the forest up the hill across from the house. Our land also continues past the shed to the left down the gravel road (instead of turning right where you exit the property). Please do not go past the locked gate with the tall wooden posts at this location. Please note, the garage is currently closed to guests.
