Welcome to Sunset Shores, a newly remodeled Birch Bay condo with beach views and front-row sunsets from your private patio. Cross the road and you're directly on the water. Waterfront restaurants, cafés, and summer events are an easy walk away. The queen bedroom makes this an ideal couples' getaway, and a queen sleeper sofa adds room for up to four, great for a small family or friends sharing a beach weekend. The fully stocked kitchen and gas grill makes it easy to cook in. Birch Bay is known for its sunsets, shallow warm-water beach, and laid-back small-town vibe. Summer brings kayaking, paddleboarding, beachcombing, waterfront dining, and a packed event calendar. In the off-season, trade the crowds for quiet beach walks, moody skies, storm watching, and cozy nights in. Birch Bay State Park, Blaine, and Semiahmoo are all nearby, Bellingham is about 25 minutes away, and the Canadian border is close by for day trips to Vancouver. Whether you're building sandcastles by day or watching the sun sink into the bay at night, Sunset Shores is your home base for a Washington coast escape.

Guest are allowed to bring up to 2 cars. Parking passes are on the fridge in the condo and should be placed on the dashboard of each vehicle during your stay. Community amenities (indoor pool and tennis courts) are available to our guests. A key fob to access these can be found in the condo. The condo is located on the 1st floor, so you do not have to climb a flight of stairs to access it. However, there are a few steps leading down into the kitchen and living room area after you enter the unit.
