We loved our stay at Erica and Erics “Little A on the Bay.” Birch Bay is a great little beach town. It’s close to Blaine and Vancouver BC both great places to go for the day. We loved the loft bedroom, the cozy second bedroom, the deck overlooking the water and the ready for cooking kitchen. We didn’t use the very nice grill that is provided but it is a great option to have available. We really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and being able to walk to the beach. Thanks you so much Erica and Eric for sharing your sweet beach home with us. 🏖️

The cabin is a perfect gem close to Mt Baker. All amenities were great and if something was missing, Erica was super fast in responding. She is a great hostess. Flexible, friendly and feedback on recommendations. If ever back / this will be first place I would hope to return to. Thank you

Loved staying here for our time exploring Mount Baker. Our three kids stayed upstairs and it was nice to have a separate room for the adults. Very thoughtfully planned and well stocked place! Would come back for sure.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Erica’s place. We used it as our home base for day hiking, and it was a perfect, cozy spot to come back to after a long day on the trails. Great location; a short drive from all the trailheads we wanted to explore. Also the kitchen and grill made cooking easy and fun.

We loved our stay in the a-frame! It was nice and cozy and a perfect spot for our 1.5 year old to take a break from the big family vacation house and get some quality sleep. It's very easy to get down to the beach and the breeze off the water was refreshing!

Great location to all the Baker Mountain hikes and a reasonable day trip to the North Cascades. Loved the house layout and decor, and puzzles, games etc.! Even a short walk within the neighborhood to a river bed which you can hear during your stay. The foot path will be on the right hand side before you come to the house from the main entrance of the neighborhood- has a small sign but we didn’t see it until our last day. Bright, comfortable, beach house feel. Travelling on my own, this space felt very safe. Ocean views from both levels, all the kitchen amenities you would need, complimentary coffee pods were very appreciated. I had a maintenance issue during my stay and Erica responded swiftly and came to fix it herself on my schedule. Excellent host and space. 5 🌟

Staying at Erica's cabin was a dream. I loved the location in the very safe gated community and the coziness of the space. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully arranged. Erica's communication was responsive, clear and helpful. It's the ideal spot to adventure around the area with easy proximity to Mt Baker. It was a wonderful place to come home to after exploring and the pizza across the street at Chair 9 was really good. Some bonus happy surprises I wasn't expecting: the beautiful, peaceful and walkable neighborhood with nice pool and trail access within the gated community. Highly recommend this sweet A Frame cabin.

It was perfect for the few days of getting outside the city and the space was charming and just enough! The view was spectacular and all the amenities were carefully thought through. Was a great trip and idyllic little beach town location!

The cabin is beautifully curated and the sound of the river is so peaceful. Enjoyed lying in the hammock outside and feeling secure on walks to the river with it being a gated development. Gunnar’s Restaurant in town was a big surprise- absolutely delicious & has outdoor fire tables that we enjoyed (despite the burn ban). Also loved Wake ‘n Bakery. Highly recommend.
